About this notebook

ggplot2's reference page for midwest has no examples, so this notebook says only what the page describes and where Giggly stands.

midwest holds demographic information on 437 counties of the US Midwest from the 2000 census: each county's state, area, total population and its density, the population of each race and its percentage, the percentages of adults with a high school diploma, a college education or a professional degree, poverty rates by age, whether the county is in a metro area, and more. The page warns that the columns' original descriptions were not documented, so its own are partly speculation. Not in Giggly yet: the midwest dataset.
