Choose whether to offer cloud upload

Plotly.js v4 removed Edit in Chart Studio and its showEditInChartStudio configuration. Upload to Cloud is a separate button: plotly_ex hides it by default. This example deliberately enables it with showSendToCloud: true. Rendering the chart does not upload data; clicking the button starts the external cloud workflow.
