Elixir For Finance

Setup

Thank you for supporting the beta of Elixir For Finance! In order to get started, you will need to install Livebook. You can install Livebook by any of the methods outlined in the Install Livebook or by running the following in the terminal:

$ mix local.rebar --force
$ mix local.hex --force
$ mix escript.install hex livebook

After you have Livebook installed on your system, you can start the Livebook server and open up this document automatically by using the start_livebook.sh helper script found in the livebook_files directory.

$ ./start_livebook.sh

Below is a listing of all of the Livebook files that come with this beta release along with a short description of what is inside each document. More will arrive as later chapters land:
